SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIMES 

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.

PICK-UP ORDERS

Once order is processed please allow 24hrs to for confirmation text. After confirmation text is sent please wait for pickup instructions and reply to confirm arrange your pickup.

 SHIPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. 

 CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

 Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

 If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING FEES

 Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

REFUND PROCESS

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is

received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, NO REFUNDS.
